音を通じて、エンターテイメント製作をサポートしていきます。今や当たり前となったデジタル機器やネットワークの普及。 これによって私たちの生活は今も急速に変化しています。私が音を創る過程でもアナログ、デジタル機材問わずに助けられていますが、それ以上に多くの人達に助けられてきました。 行動指針として音や演奏だけではなく、それらの「人」にいつもフォーカスし、作り手の志、その人の人生のストーリー、そしてユーザーの欲求や喜びに対していつも新鮮な興味や探究心を持ち続ける。 これからは国内外問わず、常に時代に合わせた新しい発想で行動し、創意工夫をしなければならない。常識の背後に隠れている機会を見逃さず、チャレンジして行く。 また、志を共有してその現実に向けて苦労し喜びを分かち合う仲間となり、チームメンバーやパートナー企業についても妥協を許さず、共に成長出来る仲間と未来を切り開いて行く。明るく、楽しく、元気に仕事をする。 無邪気な好奇心とエネルギーをいつまでも失わない。これらを意識した日々を送りたいと思います。
I’m not in this business just to engineer sound.
I want to combine the ideas and requests not only from the musicians, but also the producers, management, production and anyone else in valued, to create the best quality sound for each show.Even though I’ve been in this business for over thirty years, I have never stopped learning.I feel that I am still on a journey.I don’t know where this journey will take me, but I hope we can make it together.I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

1985 Before I graduated high school knew that I wanted to be sound engineer. So, instead of going to college after high school. I started knocking on production company doors to look for work. I was totally unknown at that time, but I didn’t give up, and finally I was given a chance. At that time, there were many bands to Japan, However there were not many sound engineers. So I was able to make a name for myself through hard work and discipline.
I started with my first sound production company in 1985 and continues to work with sound production companies until 2004. During this time I worked many shows and perfected my skills. In 2004, I started freelancing my skills. I freelanced many shows across Asia,Europe,North and South America. In 2017,I stopped freelancing and incorporated Factory-M corporation. After corporzation, I acquired all materials necessary to put on a show. Anyone in need of sound system equipment or a sound engineer with over 30years of experience.please contact mino.
